Esse rocambole faço há muito tempo aqui em casa...é receita de uma tia,ela sempre fazia essa receita quando íamos à casa dela,isso faz mais de 20 anos já(abafa essa parte!).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Então que filha cobrava que há muito tempo eu não fazia mais,e juntando com forno novo em casa,tá aí ele!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 kg de trigo (+ ou - 4 xícaras)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1/2 xícara de óleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;1 colher de fermento para pão dissolvido em 1 xícara de leite morno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;sal a gosto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Misture tudo e deixe a massa descansar por 1 hora. Divida a massa em duas partes,e abra com rolo. Coloque uma camada de presunto,uma camada de queijo mussarela, e um pouco de molho pronto.Enrole como rocambole e coloque em assadeira untada.Passe gema em cada rocambole. Coloque essa farofa em uma forma untada. Disponha as cinco bananas cortadas no sentido horizontal sobre a primeira camada. Polvilhar com canela em pó. Misture bem os ovos com o leite e peneire sobre as bananas. Termine com a outra metade das folhas de rúcula e o restante das folhas de alface. Aperte bem. Cubra com papel filme, coloque um peso para pressionar bem a salda e leve à geladeira por 30 minutos.
